Hotel Policies

 

  • Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.The guest has to notify the hotel reception in case they have a guest. Any guest who will access the room will attract an additional 50 USD charge to the room occupant. The hotel boasts of various lounges for private meetings, coffee shop, rooftop and a restaurant where visitors can be hosted.
  • The hotel is not responsible for the safety of any valuable left in the guest room.
  • Safe deposit lockers are available free of charge.
  • Check in is from 11:00 hours & check out time is 10:00 hours and any extension of stay must be reconfirmed with the reception for approval. `Long late check outs will be charged accordingly.
  • A $25 charge applies for each  keycard that is damaged or misplaced.
  • There are designated smoking areas in the Hotel.Please do not smoke in your room as a deep cleaning surcharge of $50 per day will apply if you do so.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  1. All bookings cancelled 24 hours prior arrival are free of charge, less than 24 hours a cancellation fee of 100% is applicable.No Shows are chargeable at the night rate offered on the first night.
  2. Cancellation within 24 hours from noon on the date of accommodation 100% of the net value of the booking will be charged.
  3. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking forthwith and without liability on its part in the event of any damage to or destruction of the allocated rooms by fire or other causes beyond the control of the Hotel which shall prevent it from performing Its obligation in connection with any booking.
  4. In the event of a customer wishing to cancel a booking/event at the Hotel, the Customer is to be aware that any deposit made will be forfeited as per the hotel’s cancellation policies.
  5. In the event of the customer wishing to cancel a booking or reduce number of guests, written notification must be received and the following cancellation fees will be payable by the customer to the Hotel:

Before 48 hour’s notice- 75% of total estimated costs

Before 24 hours notice – 100% of total estimated costs

Privacy Policy

Urban Park suites collects and utilizes client information in order to maintain a responsible commercial relationship and facilitate the provision of services and products required to meet the needs of our customers. This information may include contact names, postal and email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, billing information, credit history, payment details and similar types of information. In doing this, we respect the privacy of our customers and recognize the need to safeguard any confidential information in our possession from unauthorized access.

Along with payment methods such as cash, credit or debit card, mobile money etc, we use an online direct payment service provider to facilitate some customer payments. This company does not retain share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose. Except as required by law, neither urban park suites nor its Official Suppliers disclose customer information to any other third parties under any circumstances.

Child Policy

  • Children below 18 years must be accompanied by their parents or guardian
  • Children of all ages are welcome
  • Children below the age of 11 years are allowed free in the room
